THE CAPS-LOCK KEY IS NOT THE CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL IT IS A TOOL FOR CAPITALISING HEADINGS WITHOUT HOLDING DOWN THE SHIFT KEY THE ONLY PERSON ALLOWED TO USE THE CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL IS OCTOCAT AND HE DOESNT EVEN USE IT IN WRITTEN COMMUNICATION INSTEAD HE HAS THE GIFT OF SCREAMING IN ALL CAPS DO NOT OVERUSE THE CAPSLOCK KEY UNLESS YOU ARE IN A DESIGNATED CAPSLOCK ONLY COMMUNITY OR YOU REALLY ARE TRYING TO EMPHASIZE ONE WORD OR PHRASE!!!!
